What exactly am I paying for?
A planned promotion campaign with deliverables in writing. Spotlight ($50, 7 days) gets you a branded feature post, a story, and a playlist or featured placement. Push ($150, 14 days) adds four more posts, a smartlink, and a blog pitch. Breakout ($400+, 28 days) adds a press release to 10+ outlets, a radio pitch, and an arranged interview. How fast does my campaign start?
Within 5 business days of us receiving both your payment and your completed intake (your details, links, and assets). You get your start and end dates in writing.
Do you guarantee streams or followers?
No — and you should run from anyone who does. Guaranteed numbers mean bots and fake streams, which can get your accounts and music taken down. We guarantee professional delivery of every listed deliverable, real placements in front of real audiences, and honest reporting.
Do you buy followers or use bots?
Never. Every placement is a real channel and every number in your report is real. That's the whole point — growth that lasts.
I'm a content creator, not a musician. Can I still join?
Yes. The platform promotes content creators — comedy, skits, lifestyle, fashion, sport — the same way it promotes music: pick a package, submit your work, and we run your campaign.
Payments & refunds
How do I pay?
Card payment online (where available), bank transfer, PayPal, or mobile money — we confirm your payment before scheduling. Prices are in USD.
Can I get a refund?
Before your campaign starts: yes, in full (minus any payment-processor fees we can't recover). Once your campaign is live: no, because the work has been created and placements have begun. And if we ever fail to deliver something we promised, we re-run it or refund it proportionally — your choice.
What if my budget is bigger than the packages?
Tell us what you're planning — album rollouts, tours, and brand campaigns are custom-built. Start at the contact page.
Profiles & the roster
How do I get a profile on the Talents page?
Submit your work through the Join page. Every submission is reviewed within 48 hours; approved talents get a profile. Running a campaign with us is the fastest way in — it gives us the material and results to build your profile around.
What about management?
Our management roster is small and selective — full-service career partnership under a proper written agreement, never a website checkout. If we see the potential, we'll start that conversation with you.
Can I remove my profile or data?
Any time. Email us and it's actioned within 7 days.
